Fire & Ice Pools
Drop into the 13°C plunge, then back into the 43°C herbal pool, over and over beneath a ceiling of false stars. You leave wide awake.
Steam Room & Sauna
The pools are only half of it. There is a salt-crystal steam room here, plus dry and wet saunas. The salt room is the mildest of the three, which is why people last longer in it and why most head there straight out of the water.
Bathhouses in China have always worked in rounds: hot pool, then steam or sauna, then cold plunge. Every round opens your pores and shuts them again. Do it two or three times and your muscles will notice the difference from soaking alone.
None of it costs extra. Steam room and saunas come with the 12-hour ticket and run all day and night.

Can I really stay 12 hours?
You can. The clock starts when you check in and runs for 12 hours, and every facility is yours for all of it.
Is Sunday a weekday or weekend rate?
Sunday counts as a weekday here. Sunday through Thursday sit on the lower tier; Friday, Saturday and public holidays sit on the higher one.
How are public holidays priced?
At the weekend tier. You will not have to work it out yourself - pick your date and the calendar shows you the price for it.
